Most of the risk in hiring a development team is not technical. It is whether you will be told the truth about progress, whether you can reach someone who knows the answer, and whether you are left with something you can maintain. So here is how we handle those, plainly.
You talk to the people building it
No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. The person answering your question is the person who wrote the thing you are asking about.
Decisions get written down
Calls are for working things out; what was decided goes in writing afterwards. It means nothing depends on who remembers the conversation, and it is why the timezone gap rarely matters.
You hear about problems early
Estimates are wrong sometimes and dependencies surprise everyone. When a date is going to move you will know while there is still time to decide what to do about it.
We are a real place, not a profile
Our office is at B5 Earth Icon, Janta Crossings, VU Nagar, Anand, Gujarat. Clients in Gujarat are welcome to visit; everyone else gets video calls in their own working hours.
Where we are, and who we work with
We are based in Anand, Gujarat, and deliver remotely. Our clients are in India — Gujarat, Delhi NCR, Maharashtra and beyond — and in the UK, the United States, Canada, Singapore, the UAE, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands and Nepal. That list is where we happen to have worked, not a boundary: delivery is remote, so a new country is a question of working hours and invoicing rather than capability.
