IT Infrastructure, Deployment & Support

The hosting, deployment and support behind everything else.

Software only earns anything while it is running. We handle the layer underneath -- cloud and server setup, deployment pipelines, backups, monitoring, security hardening and ongoing support -- for systems we built and for systems we inherited. That includes the awkward cases: a server nobody has patched in two years, an application whose original developer is unreachable, a deployment that only one person knows how to run. We document what we find, make it reproducible, and leave you able to hand it to anyone.

What's included

  • Cloud setup and migration on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or a plain VPS
  • Dockerised deployment and CI/CD, so releases are repeatable not ceremonial
  • Backups that are tested by restoring them, not just scheduled
  • Monitoring and alerting, including SSL certificate expiry
  • Security hardening: firewalls, access control, patching, secret handling
  • Taking over undocumented systems and writing down how they work

What you get

  • Infrastructure set up and documented, in your own cloud accounts
  • Automated deployment pipeline anyone on your team can run
  • Backup schedule with a tested restore procedure
  • Monitoring and alerts routed to the right people
  • Security review with findings and the fixes applied
  • Support arrangement with agreed response times

Common use cases

01

Cloud migration

Moving off an ageing server, planned so the cutover is measured in minutes.

02

Startup foundations

Right-sized hosting and deployment that will not need rebuilding at your next stage.

03

Inheriting a system

Taking over an application nobody documented, and making it supportable.

04

Ongoing support

Patching, monitoring, backups and someone to call, on an agreed response time.

How we deliver it

The same sequence on every engagement, so you always know what happens next and what is expected of you.

  1. 01

    Understand the requirement

We audit what is actually running -- services, versions, certificates, backups, who has access -- before changing anything. Inherited infrastructure rarely matches its documentation.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope in writing

You get a written scope: what is being built, what it will and will not do, the sequence, and what we need from you and when. No surprises later about what was included.

  3. 03

    Design before building

Screens, data model and integrations are agreed before development starts. Changing a design costs an afternoon; changing a built system costs weeks.

  4. 04

    Build in visible increments

Work ships in milestones you can open and use, not one reveal at the end. You correct direction while correcting is still cheap.

  5. 05

    Test against the real thing

Tested with your data, your edge cases and the people who will actually use it, on a staging environment that matches production.

  6. 06

    Deploy and hand over properly

We deploy it, document it, train your team, and stay available afterwards. You own the code and the infrastructure either way.

Frequently asked questions

Can you support software another company built?

Yes, and a fair amount of our work is exactly that. We start with an audit and written documentation of what is running, because the first problem with an inherited system is usually that nobody can say with confidence what it does.

Which cloud should we be on?

Often a smaller one than you have been sold. A well-configured VPS runs plenty of production workloads for a fraction of the cost of the equivalent on a major cloud. We size it to real traffic and tell you when you are paying for headroom you will not use.

How do we know our backups actually work?

By restoring one. We test restores rather than trusting that a backup job reported success, and we document the restore procedure so it is not improvised during an incident. An untested backup is a guess.

What does your support cover?

Agreed in writing, so there is no argument during an outage: response times, what counts as critical, monitoring, patching and backups, and how to reach us outside office hours. We would rather set narrow expectations we meet than broad ones we do not.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes, and most of our work is remote. We work with clients in India, the UK, the US, Canada, Singapore, the UAE, the Netherlands and Nepal, and across India from Delhi NCR and Maharashtra to Gujarat, West Bengal and the southern tech hubs. We overlap working hours with your timezone for calls and keep everything else written, so progress does not depend on both sides being awake at once.

Are you limited to particular technologies?

No. We choose the stack to fit the problem, the people who will maintain it and what you already run, rather than fitting every project to one framework. If your team already works in a stack, we will usually build in it so you are not left with something nobody in-house can support.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do, completely. Source code, database and infrastructure accounts are yours, handed over with documentation. We do not hold your system hostage, and you are free to take it to another team.

How do projects usually start?

With a conversation, not a quote. We want to understand the problem before pricing a solution -- send a short overview through the contact form or book a call, and we will come back with what we think the real scope is, including where we think you need less than you asked for.
