Logistics & Transport

Visibility and automation across every movement.

Logistics is coordination under time pressure, and most of it still happens over phone calls. We build dispatch, tracking and documentation systems so that routes, drivers, shipments and customer updates run from shared information rather than repeated calls, and so a customer asking 'where is it' has somewhere to look.

Let's Talk

Common challenges

  • No live shipment visibility for staff or customers
  • Dispatch and status updates handled by phone and paper
  • Multiple systems and partners holding fragments of the same job
  • Cost and capacity pressure with thin margins

How we help

  • Fleet and dispatch dashboards with driver assignment
  • Shipment tracking portals for customers
  • Automated status updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp
  • Maps, ePOD and carrier API integration

Relevant use cases

01

Dispatch control

Routes, drivers and priorities coordinated in one view.

02

Shipment tracking

Customers self-serve status instead of calling your operations desk.

03

Proof of delivery

Digital signatures and photos captured on the driver's phone.

04

Carrier integration

Partner data synced so one job is not tracked in four places.

Frequently asked questions

Will drivers actually use a mobile app?

If it is built for the conditions: very few taps, large buttons, readable in sunlight, and working offline through dead zones with sync afterwards. Driver apps fail when they are designed as a data entry form for head office's benefit.

Can customers track shipments without logging in?

Yes -- a tracking link with a unique reference, no account needed, which removes most of the calls to your operations desk. Anything commercially sensitive stays behind a login.

Can it work alongside our existing transport software?

Usually. We often add the customer-facing and visibility layer on top of an existing back office, which is far cheaper than replacing a system your team already knows. Replacement only makes sense when the core data cannot be reached at all.
