Before you get in touch
Do I need to know what I want built?
No, and it is usually better if you do not arrive with a specification. Describe the problem -- the process that costs too much time, the thing that keeps going wrong -- and let us work out what the right build is. Half of our scoping work is establishing that somebody needs less than they came in asking for.
How much does a project cost?
It depends entirely on scope, so any number before a conversation would be invented. What we can tell you quickly is a range and whether your budget is realistic for what you have described -- and we will say if it is not, rather than scoping something that disappoints.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of an agreed scope. If we are not able to start when you need to, we will tell you at the first call rather than holding the slot and hoping.
What timezones do you work across?
We are in India and work with clients across the UK, the US, Canada, Singapore, the UAE, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands and Nepal, as well as across India. Calls are scheduled in your working hours and everything else is written down, so progress never waits for both sides to be awake.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you share anything sensitive, and we are happy to work under your agreement rather than ours. A good deal of our work is under confidentiality, which is why this site describes the kinds of system we build rather than naming clients.
