Healthcare
Reliable digital systems for clinics, labs and care teams.
Healthcare software carries a weight ordinary business software does not: patient data is sensitive, availability is not negotiable during clinic hours, and every minute of administrative friction is a minute away from care. We build booking, records and operational systems that reduce paperwork for staff and make the experience clearer for patients, with access control and audit trails treated as requirements.

Frequently asked questions
How is patient data protected?
Encryption in transit and at rest, access restricted by role, audit logs showing who opened which record, and retention rules applied deliberately. Where regulation requires data to stay in a particular country, we host it there.
Can it integrate with lab or pharmacy systems?
Where those systems expose an API or a file exchange, yes -- test orders out and results back, which removes a great deal of re-typing. Some older systems only support file drops; we work with that rather than requiring replacement.
What happens if the system is down during clinic hours?
It is designed so that it should not be, and so that you can keep working if it is: monitoring with alerts, tested backups, and offline-capable booking or billing where clinically sensible. We agree response times in writing rather than leaving it informal.
