A conversion-focused Next.js website for an Australian B2B business, wired into the CRM so every enquiry is captured, assigned and chased automatically rather than sitting in an inbox.
An Australian B2B services business had a website that described what it did and then left the enquiry to land in an inbox. The brief was a site that converts and a process that does not lose what it brings in.
We built the website on Next.js with a CMS behind it, so the team changes copy, pages and case studies without a developer in the loop -- which is the difference between a site that stays current and one that was accurate on launch day. Pages are built to carry a reader towards an enquiry rather than to recite capability, and the forms are part of the system rather than a mail script bolted to the end.
Behind the form, enquiries enter the CRM through an API integration the moment they are submitted. Each one is assigned automatically by the client's own rules -- service, region, who is on -- so a lead has an owner within seconds rather than at the next inbox check. Follow-up sequences run from there, and the pipeline shows every enquiry's stage, owner and age.
The reason to automate the assignment rather than the selling is response time. In B2B services the first credible reply usually wins the conversation, and the gap between an enquiry arriving and somebody noticing it was where this business was losing work it had already paid to attract.
Nothing in the stack is ours to keep. The site, the CMS content, the CRM configuration and the code belong to the client.
What this project actually used. We pick a stack to suit the problem and the people who will maintain it, so this is not the same list on every project.
Each page below covers the process, the stack and the questions buyers usually ask about that kind of work.
A storefront and the operations behind it built as one system: orders processed, stock synchronised and customers updated on WhatsApp without anyone re-entering anything.
